NANAIMO, BC: "An Introduction to Compassionate Communication."

Saturday & Sunday, March 24th & 25th, 2007 9:30 am - 4:30 pm each day
Location: Body Spirit Centre, 719 Fitzwilliam St., Nanaimo, BC
Fee: $180 plus GST

Learn and discover how to:

  • Construct relationships based on mutual compassion and awareness
  • Experience the deep release of self-empathy
  • Authentically express your feelings and needs without criticism, judgement or blame
  • Make requests that are more likely to be heard
  • Dissolve patterns of thinking that lead to anger and depression
  • Resolve conflicts as you build trust and understanding
  • Develop presence for another person, even when that person is distressed or angry
  • Celebrate and manifest your innate power to enrich all relationships as you enrich life (self, family and co-workers)

Are you longing for peace and harmony in your relationships? Are you longing to be heard, and to compassionately hear others without taking on their judgements? This workshop is designed to assist you to construct relationships based on mutual compassion and awareness. As you learn the NVC process, you will begin to experience the deep release of self empathy and to authentically express your feelings and needs without criticism or blame.
